At L’Amante we specialize in regional Italian cuisine with a bit of Mediterranean influence as well. Having worked in Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna we tend to place an emphasis on the regions of central and northern Italy. We locally source as many of the ingredients for our menu as we can and use only top quality imported items.
The menu changes about every 5-6 weeks but we do keep our most popular items on the menu year-round. These include the grilled calamari, la crosta margherita, squash blossom fritters, penne Bolognese and potato crusted sea bass.
